Getting to know CJX

What is CJX Secure Systems?

CJX Secure Systems is an Irish cybersecurity company developing technology to help businesses understand security information and make informed decisions. Our core platform is CJX Aegis. Learn about CJX.

Who is CJX designed for?

We welcome enquiries from solo entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses across sectors and markets. We also welcome discussions with larger organisations, managed service providers and potential partners. Suitability depends on your environment, requirements and the current capabilities.

Is CJX only for businesses in Ireland?

No. CJX is based in Ireland and is building for businesses worldwide. Geographic availability, support arrangements and any relevant data-handling requirements must be assessed before an engagement.

Do I need technical expertise to speak with CJX?

No. Start with your business priorities and the concerns you want to understand. Technical questions can be discussed with the person or provider responsible for your systems.

CJX Aegis & Aegis AI

What does CJX Aegis do?

The current platform organises structured endpoint and environment information, supports AI-assisted risk prioritisation and presents information through operational and customer-facing dashboards. Its purpose is to support clearer review and better-informed security conversations. Explore the solutions.

How is Aegis AI different from CJX Aegis?

CJX Aegis is the wider platform. Aegis AI is its intelligence component, supporting risk classification, pattern recognition and prioritisation for human review. Understand Aegis AI.

Does Aegis AI automatically confirm or stop an attack?

No such guarantee is offered. A risk classification supports review and does not, on its own, prove that an attack has occurred. This website describes decision-support capabilities; any response action or automation would need to be demonstrated, evaluated and explicitly agreed.

Will CJX replace my antivirus or IT provider?

That is not assumed. A consultation considers your existing tools and responsibilities, and whether CJX could provide useful additional visibility. Keep existing security measures in place during any evaluation.

Which devices and systems are supported?

Supported operating systems, device types, integrations and data sources need to be confirmed for the current release and your proposed scope. We do not promise universal device or platform coverage.

Is the platform production-ready?

The current evidence is a working lab MVP. Production readiness, pilot suitability, access controls and operational responsibilities need to be assessed before customer onboarding. Package descriptions do not establish production readiness.

Packages & pricing

Which package levels can I discuss?

The framework includes Lite, Essential, Professional, Business, Business Resilience and Enterprise / MSP. Each provides a starting point for discussing device scope and business requirements. Review the six levels.

How much does CJX Aegis cost?

All pricing is provided following consultation. Your requirements, device coverage, onboarding, integrations and support needs inform the proposed scope and commercial terms.

Do I need to choose a package before contacting you?

No. Tell us about your business first. We can discuss which level, if any, is suitable, along with any capabilities or services that need further confirmation.

Are all features in the package framework available today?

Availability is not implied by a package description. Current capabilities, retention arrangements and support commitments are confirmed in a written proposal before you agree to proceed.

Does requesting a demonstration enrol me in a paid service?

No. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in a paid service. Any fees, work and commercial terms must be explained and agreed before an engagement begins.

Demonstrations, trials & add-ons

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. CJX Aegis offers a free 30-day trial for an agreed scope, subject to suitability and technical readiness. We confirm devices, available capabilities, data handling and success criteria before activation. Read the trial process or request a free trial through Contact us.

What will I receive after 30 days?

A trial findings summary and review covering device coverage, data quality, evidence-supported observations, business priorities and recommended next steps. We identify areas we could not assess. Findings depend on the information collected; insufficient evidence is reported as a limitation.

Is 30 days enough to assess my environment?

It can be enough for an initial assessment of the connected devices if data is reliable and normal business activity is represented. It cannot prove that every system is secure or capture every rare or seasonal event. We assess coverage and confidence alongside the findings.

What happens when my free trial ends?

We review the findings with you. Any paid continuation or additional work requires a separately agreed scope and quotation. If you stop, we follow the agreed offboarding and data-retention arrangements.

What happens during a demonstration?

The team walks through the current platform and discusses how its capabilities relate to your questions. It is an opportunity to understand what has been built, what needs further evaluation and whether a next step makes sense.

What needs to be agreed before a trial or pilot?

A suitable pilot needs an agreed scope covering devices, access, data handling, responsibilities, technical prerequisites, success criteria and commercial terms. Actual onboarding depends on readiness and the agreed arrangements.

Are add-on services included automatically?

No. Add-ons are separately scoped. Availability, delivery capacity, compatibility and pricing must be confirmed before any commitment. Explore add-on services.

Does CJX currently offer a guaranteed 24/7 response service?

No confirmed 24/7 operational service or guaranteed response time is advertised here. Support hours, escalation routes and any specialist response commitments require explicit agreement.

Can I use this website for emergency incident response?

This enquiry channel is not an emergency response service. If your business is experiencing an incident, follow your incident-response arrangements and contact your designated IT or incident-response provider.

Does CJX guarantee compliance or certification?

No. Proposed readiness work may support evidence organisation and business understanding within an agreed scope. It does not certify your organisation or guarantee compliance.

Access, information & contact

Can I sign in through the Portal tab today?

The Portal page is currently an information page. Secure sign-in, customer onboarding and Azure connections are not yet implemented on this review website. View the portal information.

Will clients receive access to CJX’s Azure administration environment?

No Azure administration access is granted by this website. A future client portal is intended to provide authorised access to each client’s CJX services. Any separate Azure resource access would require an expressly authorised scope and role.

How will access to my business information be agreed?

Data sources, access permissions, storage, retention and handling responsibilities need to be reviewed and agreed before an evaluation. Ask for the arrangements relevant to your organisation rather than assuming a package description covers every requirement.

What should I include in an enquiry?

Describe your business, the devices or systems you want to discuss and the questions you need answered. Leave out passwords, access tokens, sensitive customer information and incident evidence.

How does the website enquiry form work?

The Contact us form lets you choose your reason and submit your enquiry directly to CJX Secure Systems. WordPress sends it securely to info@cjxsecuresystems.com through the configured SMTP service. Request buttons throughout the website lead to this form. Send an enquiry.

How can I discuss a partnership?

Visit the Partners page to explore the types of collaboration we are interested in, or email the team with an introduction and the opportunity you would like to discuss. Explore partnerships.
